What's so strange about that? I'm being serious! My mom owns a herd of 16 Boer meat goats and 4 Nubian milking goats. She has custom made about 1/2 dozen fleece lined/waterproof exterior coats for newborns that are kidded in the winter. They have to stay in the barn (believe me, she's tried to keep them in the house before - no good), and some mothers are not particularly attentive. You can't tell what kind of mother a doe will be on her first kidding, so if she is neglectful, or if the winter is particularly cold like it was this past year at their farm in N. Indiana, the kids need coats to survive. Either that or heat the barn, which would cost a fortune. Certainly more than a few goat coats. FYI :)

If you had a goat, would you make it a sweater? :)

I didn't think it was strange, I thought it was excruciatingly cute.

Well you wouldn't want them to pick up the wrong coat by mistake. That would just be embarrassing
Um, I want a goat in a sweater. C'mon people that is awesome!
Talk to lovelysalome's mom. I'm sure she could put aside one for you. With coat.
