Why one shouldn't hunt
HA!
Quick Kaylee update: Her temperature is back to normal and her lump is shrinking. However, she's still not eating properly. We'll be talking with one of her vets tomorrow to see where we go from here.

I hope Kaylee is getting better....you must be a bundle of nerves about it.
I do so despise hunting! Thanks for the link.
Okay, that is funny!
Poor Kaylee...sending her good vibes AND you too!
Jess, you met my brother at some point, right? The boy has lived in redneck land for too long. He has taken up bow hunting, the transformation for which began in August. He has since spent nearly $800 on hunting supplies (earth-scented soap, things that make him smell like a tree, deer pee perfume, camo everything, arrows, practice targets). He went out for the first time this past Saturday, got there late, stayed out five hours - didn't even SEE a deer to shoot at, let alone take aim, fire, and make a kill. IDIOT! I have asked him repeatedly why the HELL he's wasting his family's money with this crap, and all he can muster is a half-hearted "uh, I want to." Keven said he should have invested in a Gameboy as well, to keep him occupied up there in his blind for all those wasted hours...
Poor little, Kay-Kay. Glad her fever's down. Lola & Iare both thinking of her.
re being "goosed": Not only is that hilarious, that is now a problem for my physics students :)
