Not-meat not-balls

From the top, it's my Asian faux-chicken salad minus the chicken, not-meat not-balls with red pepper dipping sauce, oranges and jicama with lime, and steamed broccoli with balsamic vinegar for drizzling.

The not-meat not-balls are made with the new Yves faux-ground turkey. They're cubes made with my new toys from The Bento Store. I had a lot of fun making them and they're yummy! Definitely a keeper.

Your lunches are very inspiring for me to get my act in gear and start making some better lunches. I'm a vegetarian too, for probably about 15 years or more now so I never even want anything that resembles meat. I might just have to 'copy' your beautiful menus.

I'm glad people are enjoying my lunches. I am, too. :)

I've been a vegetarian for 16 years now (wow. hadn't realized it had been that long!), and I always enjoy trying new things, especially meat substitutes, so I can try out more recipes!
