A kinda picnic lunch
It's supposed to be in the high-fifties today, so I decided on something kind of picknic-y for lunch. Please forgive the poor photo quality. I had to use the cheap-ass camera.
The makings of a BLT (with faux-bacon & a little container of mayo) are at the top. I didn't want everything to get squishy, so everything's packaged separately. There's also a hardboiled Araucana egg (the eggshell is a pretty blue-green color, and they're also smaller than a standard chicken egg) on a bed of curried kale, a salad, and strawberries and grapes for dessert.
