Mr. Bento takes a trip south of the border

And we're not talking the Ohio border here.

Some sweets (OK, these are from the Asian market and don't really fit...) at the top, followed by chayote salad, wax beans with adobo seasoning and chipotle, and a quesadilla filled with spinach dip, slow-cooked peppers and a smidge of sharp cheddar.

Oh, YUM!
