Pinwheels and a turnover
Yep, that's what's for lunch.

Little pinwheels with sundried tomato, roasted red pepper and olive dip (see, works as a sandwich spread, too!) plus a faux-turkey turnover; broccoli slaw qith shitake dressing; veggies; and grapes.
The pinwheels held up much better than I expected. I think it probably helped that the turkey turnover came straight from the freezer (made at the same time as yesterday's pups in blankets) and Mr. Bento spent 10 minutes in the freezer himself while I got my lunch ready.
