Tuno salad!
Oh yum! I finally made tuno salad with my tuno, and it's delightfully yummy!
Curried kale and mustard from our garden with granny smith apples, tuno salad on spinach, crackers for the tuno salad, and fruit salad with mint.
The fruit salad is a little boring looking, because I realized too late I was missing anything red. But it was yummy!

The Tuno salad looks yummy - anything special that you put in it? [I'm getting kinda bored with my tuna salad recipe.]
Hmmm... Each tuno/tuna salad I make is a little different, but I think this one was something like...
*equivalent of 1 can of tuna (1/2 can of tuno)
*1/3 cup diced celery
*1/8 cup diced yellow pepper
*1/8 cup diced spring onion
*1 Tbsp mayo
*1 Tbsp miracle whip
*1/4 tsp dried dill (this is important - don't skip it! :)
*fresh-ground salt & pepper to taste
Easy and nice and light. I use fat-free miracle whip and reduced-fat mayo.
I sometimes make something like this for Jeff with tuna, and he likes it, so you might, too! Except you can skip the peppers. :) Maybe add in some diced carrots?
