Veggie-riffic!
It's so nice to get pretty much my entire day's worth of veggies in one serving. Takes the pressure off for dinner. :)
Brown rice with yummy, yummy stir-fry, cherries, and honey whole wheat pretzels and chocolate meringues for a snack later.
The stir-fry is enourmous when released into a big bowl. Very filling with the roasted tofu hiding out in there
