Almost too hot for lunch

I almost didn't bring a lunch today, planning on hitting the heavily air-conditioned mall for food, but since we had the makings of a salad at home, I just couldn't waste the money.

Spinach and lettuces; cucumber and tomato; "blush vinagrette" with cheese and roasted pinenuts; and green pepper, carrots and a multigrain roll.

Nothing exciting, but it's too hot for food right now.
