Clean out the fridge lunch
Had a bunch of leftovers that needed to get used up, so that's what I did today.
Pasta with roasted tomatoes, eggplant, and tofu with cheese; balsamic green beans; and eggy-veggie thing, and grapes.
Last lunch of the week! Happy Labor Day long weekend!
