A more interesting lunch

OK, it's not great, but it's loads more interesting than the rest of the week's lunches!

Steamed squash with lemon pepper; whole wheat pasta with sauce and faux meatballs; an egg star; and something that I found at the Asian market that is basically a very tasty potato pancake with veggies (with sweet chili sauce for dipping).
