Super calcuim lunch
Most everything in this lunch is chock-full of calcuim. Weird.
A spinach salad, whole wheat pasta, topping for pasta made with onions, roasted garlic, swiss chard, tomatoes & feta, and strawberry yogurt.
The swiss chard stuff was excellent! It was a "what do I have in the fridge" recipe and I can assure you it will appear again. The swiss chard stains everything bright pink, too, which is a cheerful bonus. :-)
