Two lunches for one

Yeah, so I forgot to post my lunch yesterday. It's that time of year when work is crazy. I'm laying out portions of two books in addition to my regular work, so I'm pretty much going blind from staring at a computer screen. Fun!

But anyway.

Yesterday's lunch featured spinach salad! Yay! I found it! Also with homemade ginger butternut soup, sesame semolina bread, and some corn pudding stuff that mom brought down over the weekend.

Today's lunch was a clean-out-the-fridge lunch. Cucumbers that I had bought for spring rolls I never got around to making, carrots, a slice of spinach roll that tmom brought down, the rest of the corn pudding-y stuff, and spinach salad with cheese.

I am loving the return of spinach. I hated not having it.
