Mmmm. Pizza.

pizza beforepizza afterIt's Friday, so pizza, right? I've quit making my own dough at the moment due to KitchenAid difficulties, so this is one of those Boboli-type crusts from the store.

Toppings are the rather gourmet-sounding olive oil, minced garlic, fresh spinach, slivered red onion, sliced grape tomatoes, and goat cheese. (Yes, I could have used the pizza stone, but it was under the wok in a drawer. Plus, it works best with fresh crust, not store-bought. A foil-covered cookie sheet works just fine.)

Mmmm. Yummy.

I have to get your pizza crust recipe., The one I make has to sit a day in the fridge and then I can use it.

It all looks good, but for some reason, I hate goat cheese-I don't "hate" it (such a strong word, but can't eat it even to save my life.
