Mmmm. Soup.

It's definitely soup weather. Cold and gray. Yuck!

Tomato soup with artichoke tortellini, salad, a spicy faux-chicken patty, and carrots.

The tomato soup is the creamy tomato from Trader Joe's, with the addition of a teaspoon of shallot pepper and a quarter cup of balsamic vinegar. So very tasty! This is leftovers from last night when we had it with fancy-schmancy grilled cheese sandwiches (and without the tortellini).
