Wednesday lunch

Beans and carrots from TJs, pasta with faux meatballs, salad, and tomato cookies.

The beans and carrots would have looked much prettier if I has slightly undercooked them, then let them finish steaming when I popped the lid on. Oh well. They tasted just fine.

Probably no lunch tomorrow. I have a doctor's appointment (eye infection! fun!), and I don't know when I'll get into the office. I may just eat at home or pick something up. I really haven't eaten lunch out for a while...
