SoCal Sojourn
January 2003

I went to Los Angeles to see the play "Tale of the Scorpion"
with several friends. Following the show was another one called
"Nymphomania." I have never laughed so hard in my entire
life in one evening. If you have a chance, see these shows.

We stayed in Hollywood. This is the view from Hollywood Blvd. and
Highland.

On Saturday morning, we went to Melrose Ave. on a small quest.

pictures.

That afternoon, we went to Venice Beach. This is Ocean Front Walk,
full of shops and crazy people. (Note: a panoramic version of this
view - shot by a friend - lives on my desk at work, just to torture
me)

Beach pictures.

On Sunday, we went to the Getty Museum and Gardens.
(Thanks, L., for pointing out this cool shot)

We ended the day and my trip at Santa Monica.
