Red Pepper Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
2 jarred roasted red peppers, drained
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. canola oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
- Dice red peppers.
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a
boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.
- Serve as-is or blend together in the food processor
Good hot, cold or room temperature.
